Professional Leaders

The Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) of our school has been established since 2006. Members of our IMC are professionals from various sectors of society. Together they help to direct the school's strategies, with far-reaching insight and enlightened leadership. The IMC members are introduced below:

Mr. WONG Chung Mat is our school supervisor, an outstanding entrepreneur whose whole-hearted, long-term devotion to supporting education was recognized with the award of a HKSAR Medal of Honour in 2001. Mr. Wong was elected, in 2008, an honorary fellow of the Lingnan University. In 2009, Mr. Wong was appointed a JP (Justice of the Peace) by the Hong Kong SAR government.

Ms. YEUNG Kam Chun, a senior educationalist and entrepreneur who is enthusiastic in serving the community, making great contributions with her pragmatism.

Dr. TSE Kum Shing, a senior educationalist who has accumulated decades of experience in establishing educational policies.

Prof. LEUNG Yuen Sang, who is Dean of Chung Chi College, the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prof. Leung has published widely as a professor and Head of the Chinese History Department (CUHK)

Prof. CHAN Yiu Keung is an international expert in Information Technology and a former professor of Computer Science at the City University of Hong Kong

Mr. CHOY Kin Cheung, a chief superintendent with the Hong Kong Police Force, who is devoted to the propagation of the Chinese culture. Mr. Choy has been recognized, with awards for his work in the police and his public service, by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Mr. YU Cheuk Keung is an assistant manager of the Education Services Department within Yan Chai Hospital.

Mr. LAM Ping Kuen, an experienced professional in the administration and management of social services, who has made significant contributions in the affairs of social welfare.

Ms. CHOI King Heung, a former chairperson of the school¡¦s Parents and Teachers Association (PTA), has been elected to serve as a member of the IMC. As a parent, Ms. Choi actively participates in school affairs. She is a unifying force amongst parents and has made great contributions in promoting communications between the school and parents.

Ms. TSANG Wai King, elected a deputy member of the IMC, is a former chairperson of the Parents and Teachers Association

Ms. AU Yuet Ching is principal of YCHWWSSS. She holds decades of experience in educational administration. Amongst other public services, Ms. Au currently serves as a vice chairperson of the Committee on Home-School Co-operation under the Education Bureau of the HKSAR. In recognition of her outstanding public service, Ms. Au was awarded a Medal of Honour by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR in 2009.

Mr. LAU Man Shan, Vice-Principal of YCHWWSSS, is a strong voice representing front-line teachers united in promoting the development of our school.

Mr. LEUNG Wai Yan is an elected deputy member of the IMC. He is an experienced teacher and a panel chair of the subject of Chinese History in YCHWWSSS.
